About the job Personal Assistant to GM
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Travel Management:
- Manage GMs schedule, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics for local and international business trips.
- Correspondence & Communication:
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
- Act as a liaison between the GM, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Document Preparation & Filing:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Maintain an organized filing system for sensitive information.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- General Administrative Support:
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Support day-to-day operations and assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferable.
- At least Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: Up to RM4k
