Job Description:
- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases and services
- Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
- Working with management to find appropriate solutions to problems
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
Salary Range:
- From RM1800 to RM4000
