With a strong international presence, they operate more than 10 sales outlets worldwide.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.

• Assign tasks and monitor worker performance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Lead daily briefings and maintain effective communication across shifts.

• Monitor material usage, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with planning, QA, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare shift reports and provide input for KPI reviews.

• Coach and mentor production operators, promoting a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with production KPIs and lean practices.

• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.

Salary Range: RM3.5k - RM6k
