Job Description:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecast data, and available resources.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient production flow.
- Review and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of components and materials.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of planning activities, material usage, and production progress.
- Perform capacity planning and resource optimization to align with production demands.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Prepare and provide reports on production status, inventory, and delivery timelines to management.
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory control, and material replenishment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning systems (e.g., ERP, MRP software).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and inventory management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in APICS or similar supply chain planning certification is a plus.
- Experience with advanced planning systems or demand forecasting tools is preferred.
