- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients businesses and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to grow accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and achieve targets.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales, and trends.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Coordinate logistics and resources to meet client demands and expectations.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Budget and Forecast Management:
- Manage budgets and forecasts for key accounts.
- Track spending and provide reports on financial performance.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a key account or business development role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary Range: RM3500-RM5000
