Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive service experience.
- Provide product and service information, guide customers through solution options, and assist in promoting effective product usage.
- Handle after-sales inquiries, including order tracking, logistics coordination, and complaint resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
- Communicate with internal departments (production, sales, logistics, quality, etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain smooth workflow.
- Translate and manage large volumes of documents accurately between Chinese and English.
- Maintain and update customer records, reports, and service databases for accuracy and completeness.
- Summarize recurring customer issues, share insights for service improvement, and support process optimization initiatives.

Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field.

Excellent communication and written skills in both Chinese and English.

Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in task management.
- Experience in after-sales support, logistics coordination, or customer service is an advantage.
Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM6,000
