After Sales Support Coordinator | Iskandar Puteri

With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for after-sales inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Track and follow up on logistics/shipping status (logistics tracking experience is a plus)

• Translate and manage a large volume of documents accurately (excellent Chinese-English translation skills required)

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers

• Handle general administrative tasks and maintain after-sales records

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English

• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

• Prior experience in logistics or after-sales support is an advantage

Salary Range: RM3000 - RM6000
