  • Foster a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through the onboarding process.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Recruiter or a similar role in talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Creative approach to sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and recruitment data.
