Job Description:

- Develop and execute targeted social media recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for diverse roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain an active online presence to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Track and report on social media recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest social media and recruitment trends to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Foster a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through the onboarding process.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Recruiter or a similar role in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Creative approach to sourcing and attracting candidates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and recruitment data.
