Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the production team, including documentation and reporting.

  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

  • Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability.

  • Support scheduling of production plans and staff rosters.

  • Maintain production records, work orders, and logbooks.

  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings and audits.

  • Coordinate between production, warehouse, QA, and HR departments for smooth workflow.

  • Ensure compliance with documentation and filing standards (e.g., ISO).


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field.

  • 13 years of administrative experience in a production environment.

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and production software.

  • Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.


Salary Range: RM3k - RM5k
