Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the production team, including documentation and reporting.
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability.
Support scheduling of production plans and staff rosters.
Maintain production records, work orders, and logbooks.
Assist in preparing materials for meetings and audits.
Coordinate between production, warehouse, QA, and HR departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with documentation and filing standards (e.g., ISO).
Job Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field.
13 years of administrative experience in a production environment.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Excel and production software.
Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.
Salary Range: RM3k - RM5k
