This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

Job Description:
The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for managing and ensuring both process and product quality within the manufacturing environment. The role involves using quality tools to analyze issues, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee process quality control to ensure production meets quality standards.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to detect and resolve any issues.
  • Use quality tools and techniques (such as SPC, FMEA, etc.) to analyze and address quality issues.
  • Respond to customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality checks, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
  • Provide regular reports to management on quality performance and improvements.
  • Train and support team members in quality standards and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in using quality tools and methodologies for problem-solving and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Chinese and possibly English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
