Job Description:
- Conceptualize and develop video content ideas that resonate with the target audience and support the organization's brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Write scripts and develop storyboards for video projects.
- Coordinate and manage video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and directing talent.
- Capture and edit video footage using industry-standard software and equipment.
- Ensure video content is produced within budget and deadlines.
- Optimize video content for distribution on various platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and content creation.
- Monitor video performance metrics and analyze audience engagement to continuously improve content strategy.
- Maintain a library of video assets and ensure proper organization and storage.
- To perform other duties as instructed by immediate superior or any other person / persons assigned by the Management.
Job requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelors degree in media studies, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in video production and digital media content creation.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Mandarin (To target Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) can be a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
- Passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.
Salary Range:
- From RM3800 to RM5000
