Job Description:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of products by inspecting product dimensions, appearance, and packaging. This role requires proficiency in using measuring instruments such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other measuring tools. The inspector will work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet specified dimensional and visual standards.
- Use precision measuring tools, including CMM and other measurement instruments, to verify product dimensions.
- Inspect product appearance to ensure there are no defects or deviations from the specifications.
- Monitor and control the quality of the final products through the entire manufacturing process.
- Ensure proper packaging of finished goods to maintain product quality during shipping and storage.
- Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict cleanliness and safety standards.
- Document inspection results and report any non-conformance or defects to the production team.
- Participate in ongoing training, including a 3-month training period in China, to improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work in a two-shift system, adapting to the needs of the production schedule.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
- Proficient in using CMM and other measuring instruments to inspect product dimensions.
- Knowledge of various quality control tools and methods.
- Ability to identify and address product defects based on appearance and dimensional accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to undergo a 3-month training period in China to improve technical knowledge and skills.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and possibly English.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work in a two-shift system.
