Job Description:
- Drive sales of wireless communication and embedded networking solutions to clients in the IT or manufacturing industry.
- Identify new business opportunities within local and international markets.
- Engage with OEMs, system integrators, and distributors to promote company's products.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer technical requirements and work with engineering teams to provide effective solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance offerings.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the IT industry or IT manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, embedded systems, or wireless products is highly preferred.
- Proficient in B2B solution selling with a consultative approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Independent, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and exhibitions.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
