QS Engineer

Company Background:

This company is a new set-up foreign invested plant which is located at Senai, Johor, doing as an industrial connectors manufacturer. Besides, they also provide global supply chain which included automation, solar system, telecommunication and etc.

Job Description:

• Implement and maintain the QS 9001 quality management system (QMS).
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QS 9001 standards.
• Identify non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure quality objectives are met.
• Provide training and awareness programs on QS 9001 requirements for employees.
• Maintain and update QMS documentation, including procedures, manuals, and records.
• Work with suppliers to ensure quality standards are upheld across the supply chain.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports for management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Support external audits and liaise with certification bodies.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing QS 9001 systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and auditing processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (read, write, speak).

Salary Range:

• From RM4000 to RM8000
