Social Media Recruiter (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements on platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, and other relevant job boards/Platform.
• Ensure job posts are clear, engaging, and optimized for the target audience.
• Monitor responses to job ads and identify profiles that match the job requirements.
• Forward qualified profiles to the recruiter for the next steps in the hiring process.
• Stay updated on the latest job boards and social media platforms for optimal recruitment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with social media posting and advertising management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and able to using own laptops or PC or mobile phone for posting jobs.
