Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex parts using CAD/CAM software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to programs or machine settings.

Ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues related to tooling, programs, or equipment. - Maintain and update documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and process instructions.
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to improve manufacturability and reduce cycle time.
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team for advanced repair needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with CNC machinery in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, NX Siemens, Heidenhain, Catia, etc.).

Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.

Solid understanding of machining processes, materials, and tolerances.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
