Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex parts using CAD/CAM software.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to programs or machine settings.
  • Ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards. 

    Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues related to tooling, programs, or equipment.
  • Maintain and update documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and process instructions.
  • Collaborate with design and quality teams to improve manufacturability and reduce cycle time.
  • Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team for advanced repair needs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with CNC machinery in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, NX Siemens, Heidenhain, Catia, etc.).
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming.

  • Solid understanding of machining processes, materials, and tolerances.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
