With a strong international presence, they operate more than 10 sales outlets worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Engineer and Production Supervisor in daily production planning and scheduling to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Collect, analyze, and record production data, including output levels, machine performance, and material usage.
- Monitor and report on production progress, identifying any potential issues or delays.
- Support the engineering team with technical documentation, preparation of reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports to track performance metrics and facilitate process improvements.
- Help in troubleshooting production problems by providing data and insights to the production team and engineers.
- Assist in the preparation of production materials, tools, and equipment required for the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure smooth material flow and production schedules.
- Help ensure that all production processes comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Support with inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products, ensuring that stock levels are accurate.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Engineer or Production Supervisor to assist in production efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a production or engineering support role in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong organizational and data collection skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other office software to track data and generate reports.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, production teams, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Knowledge of production processes and basic engineering principles is an advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) to deal with the management team in China and ensure smooth communication across teams.
