Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote data centre solutions, including modular data centres, racks, cooling systems, power distribution units (PDUs), and related infrastructure.
- Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry networking events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in data center, ICT, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and industry trends is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel within Thailand and occasionally overseas.
