Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Assist with employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary Range: RM4000 - RM6000
