This company is specializing in offering hotels a comprehensive range of services, including decoration, linen supply, laundry, and hotel supplies. Operating centralized laundry factories, shared warehouses, and convenient logistics with a sophisticated hotel linen rental and washing system. With forward warehouses in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sarawak, Sabah, and beyond, gradually expanding across Malaysia and Singapore.

Job Description:

1. Full Set of Accounts Management:

  • Oversee and manage the complete accounting process, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Conduct variance analysis to monitor financial performance and suggest corrective actions.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly.

4. Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.

5. Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide financial insights and support to other departments as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit documents and liaise with external auditors.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, implementing controls to mitigate them.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts independently.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range:

  • RM4,000 - RM5,000
