Job Description:

As a Project Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating project meetings and taking minutes
  • Maintaining project schedules and tracking progress
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing project reports and documentation
  • Managing project budgets and expenses
  • Assisting with project planning and resource allocation
  • Organizing and maintaining project files and records
  • Providing administrative support to project managers as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Previous experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: Up to RM5k
