Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate and well-organized E-Commerce Executive to support our daily operations across online platforms such as Shopee / Lazada / TikTok. You will be responsible for managing sales data, executing promotional campaigns, handling product listings and inventory, as well as researching market trends and competitors to continuously improve product visibility and sales performance.
- Organize sales data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns on Shopee and Lazada to increase brand exposure and sales.
- Manage product listings including uploads, updates, delisting, returns, inventory accuracy, and shop content.
- Study market trends and competitor products, understand SEO rules, and optimize listings for better search rankings.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product advice, and offer after-sales support to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Strong communication skills (written & spoken), and ability to follow up tasks effectively.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Team spirit and ability to work independently.
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
