Senior Electrical Testing Engineer | Klang

Company Background:

With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform acceptance testing for electrical systems in data centers (e.g., 33kV/11kV distribution, UPS, DC systems, generators, PDUs).
2. Organize and accurately document raw test data and test records.
3. Liaise with clients and consultants on testing progress, results, and any issues.
4. Complete and submit test results for client-commissioned and on-site tests.
5. Track testing tasks, report non-conformities or anomalies to management, and ensure timely completion.
6. Handle urgent work, assist colleagues, and perform tasks assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. 3+ years in data center testing or 5+ years in commissioning/testing in power distribution (0.4kV+).
3. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant testing tools.
5. Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
