About the job Product Designer

  1. Product Design:

    • Conceptualize, design, and iterate on product concepts and prototypes.
    • Create detailed design specifications, wireframes, and mockups for new products or product enhancements.
    • Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing product interfaces while focusing on user experience and usability.
  2. User Research & Testing:

    • Conduct user research to gather insights, understand user needs, and identify pain points.
    • Organize and run usability tests, surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback on design concepts.
    • Analyze test results and refine designs based on user feedback.
  3. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility of designs and alignment with product goals.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and product planning discussions.
    • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure design consistency with brand guidelines.
  4. Prototyping:

    • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate product design concepts and workflows.
    • Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback to create high-fidelity prototypes.
  5. Design Systems & Guidelines:

    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
    • Ensure that designs are accessible, responsive, and scalable across different devices and platforms.
  6. Market Awareness:

    • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep designs modern and competitive.
    • Benchmark designs against competitors and conduct market analysis to identify design opportunities.
  7. Product Development Support:

    • Support the product development cycle by providing design inputs and feedback during the prototyping, testing, and finalization phases.
    • Help identify and solve design challenges that arise throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Design related field.
  • Proven experience in product design or industrial design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, including UX/UI, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Experience with prototyping and user testing tools.
