Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of HR, Admin, and EHS functions.
- Manage recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
- Supervise the HR & Admin team and oversee daily operations.
- Partner with Corporate HR on HR initiatives and regulatory matters.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and training programs.
- Oversee hostel administration to ensure CSR and RBA compliance.
- Lead workplace safety and EHS initiatives.
- Manage annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
Job Requirements (JR)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions and Malaysian Employment Act.
- Experience in manufacturing and MNC environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll, CSR, RBA, and EHS is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
