Our client is an EMS provider which specializing in PCBA, electronic product assembly, procurement, warehousing, and supply chain solutions for the electronics industry. The company serves customers across Malaysia and international markets through operations in Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science / Information System or any related field.
2. Technical Skills & Experience : 
   1. Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server administration and SQL query writing. 
   2. Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP system configuration and security management. 
   3. Experience in developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). 
   4. Knowledge in Epicor Business Activity Queries (BAQ), Dashboards, and Business Process Management (BPM). 
   5. Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems. 
   6. Experience with Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting. 
3. Key Competencies : 
   1. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
   2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 
   3. Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
   4. Strong communication skills with good attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Epicor ERP user access, security settings, and system performance.  
• Provide daily ERP operational support to ensure smooth business operations. 
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with Epicor technical support when required. 
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and system solutions to support business needs. 
• Perform ERP system upgrades, testing, validation, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through ERP optimization and automation.

Salary Range: RM6k - RM8k + Allowance
