Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.
• Prepare and present project progress reports (S-curves, histograms, critical path analysis).
• Integrate schedule data with cost and resource plans.
• Support tender planning and prepare baseline programs.
• Conduct what-if analyses to assess potential project changes.
• Ensure compliance with client and company planning standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in planning/scheduling within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project software.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Understanding of EOT (Extension of Time) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Knowledge of resource loading, progress measurement, and project controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
