Job Summary
To support & assist Senior HR & Admin Manager in the provisions of a high quality and professional HR services through effective administration of the HR Department's systems and procedures and by providing a recruitment and advisory service to managers and employees.

Job Description
  • Responsible in all Human Resources initiatives which include Recruitment and Training Development, updates of employee personal files, preparation of HR letters and reports; 
  • To implement the recruitment process and procedures and guidelines according to company policy; 
  • To ensure manpower requisition form is approved and submitted; 
  • To plan, source, review, interview and placement of right candidates and to ensure efficiency of manpower supply to respective department; 
  • To prepare the necessary facilities such as communications, card access, uniform and email for new hires;
  • To monitor, organize and coordinate training and development program; 
  • Update training record for all employees; 
  • Liaise with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) for HRDF Claim and other related issues; 
  • Conduct Induction Training for new recruits – management & non-management staff; 
  • Ensure Induction Slides are updated as and when necessary; 
  • Actively involved in Sports activities, Annual functions and other related events; 
  • Produce related HR reports as and when required 
  • Work and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation in the office; 
  • To perform any other duties as appointed by the management.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or associated course. 
  • Minimum 2 years' HR work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity. 
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws. 
  • Good written communication skills. 
  • Good interviewing & human relations skills. 
  • Communications skills in English and Malay. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Words.

Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Salary Range: Open for discussion
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
