Job Description (JD) 
  • Serve as the primary quality contact for customers regarding product quality issues and inquiries 
  • Handle customer complaints and lead problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, RCA, and CAPA 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Process, Engineering, NPI) to investigate and resolve quality issues 
  • Provide timely feedback, reports, and corrective action updates to customers 
  • Monitor customer quality performance metrics (e.g., PPM, complaints, returns) and drive improvement initiatives 
  • Support customer audits, factory visits, and quality system assessments 
  • Ensure customer-specific requirements are understood and implemented internally 
  • Participate in new product introduction (NPI) to ensure customer quality expectations are met 
  • Review and approve quality documentation such as control plans, inspection standards, and test reports 
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce defects 
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with ISO / IATF standards 

Job Requirements (JR) 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing or related field) 
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Customer Quality / Quality Assurance within automation or manufacturing industry 
  • Strong knowledge of 8D, RCA, CAPA, SPC, and basic quality tools 
  • Experience handling customer complaints and audits is a must 
  • Familiar with automation equipment, assembly processes, or precision manufacturing is an advantage 
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer expectations 
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Able to work cross-functionally and under pressure to meet customer timelines 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting) 
  • Willing to travel if required for customer visits 
  • Mandarin speaker is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Salary: Up to RM7k
