Job Summary:

The role is responsible for leading the outlet to achieve sales targets by optimizing manpower, products, and systems while minimizing losses and wastage. It involves coaching supervisors and captains to effectively manage teams, enhancing crew skills through ongoing training, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, service, and product quality. The position also promotes strong teamwork and morale through fair performance management, while improving productivity by regularly reviewing manpower levels, work schedules, and task assignments.


Job Description:

Outlet & Operations

  • Lead and manage daily outlet operations, ensuring service excellence, SOP compliance, hygiene, and product quality.
  • Set, monitor, and analyse daily and monthly sales targets; propose corrective actions to improve outlet performance.
  • Plan and optimise manpower scheduling to support peak operations.
    Manage customer complaints and execute effective service recovery.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock control, FIFO practices, and supplier quality feedback.
  • Conduct regular outlet inspections with Regional Management and coordinate maintenance and facilities follow-ups.
  • Monitor competitors activities and report market insights and risks.

HR

  • Lead, coach, and assess Branch Supervisors, Captains, and outlet crew.
    Identify performance gaps and arrange training or refresher programs.
  • Support recruitment, interviews, attendance monitoring, overtime planning, and disciplinary actions in line with HR policies.
  • Ensure completion of planned training hours and timely submission of service tips allocation.

Accounts & Administration

  • Verify daily sales reports, cash handling, petty cash, and weekly bank-ins.
  • Safeguard licenses and permits; coordinate renewals with Administrative team.
  • Handle official correspondence from authorities and ensure timely escalation.

Purchasing

  • Ensure accurate purchase orders, proper goods receipt, and monthly stock takes via inventory systems.
  • Maintain accountability for stock accuracy, quality, and cost control.
  • Marketing & Events
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotions, launches, and outlet events.
  • Lead outlet readiness and execution for marketing campaigns and events.

Facilities

  • Follow up on facility audits, work orders, and remedial actions within set timelines.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum STPM, Diploma, related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service, hospitality or F&B is preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service, hospitality or F&B industry, preferably with experience in hotel operations or management.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-level teams
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
  • Experienced in cross-functional coordination (HR, Finance, Marketing, Facilities)


Salary Range: Up to RM4.8k
