Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities on the automation assembly line.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Arrange and manage manpower allocation to maintain optimal line productivity.
• Monitor automated equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce machine downtime.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate material flow to prevent shortages or production interruptions.
• Train and guide operators to ensure proper machine operation and process compliance.
• Monitor production output, reject rates, and efficiency, implementing improvements where needed.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate line status to supervisors or management.
• Support new product introduction and line setup activities when required.

Job Requirements

• SPM Holder / Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, or related field.
• Experience in automation manufacturing or production line supervision is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automated systems, assembly processes, and production workflows.
