Job Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfilment
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and operational KPIs are achieved
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Coordinate closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance and operational metrics
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization (5S), and full compliance with health & safety regulations

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within manufacturing or distribution environments
• Hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners
• Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance
