Job Description:
  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Manage the GMs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
  • Liaise and coordinate with government agencies, authorities, and external stakeholders on official matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of documents, permits, and regulatory paperwork.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events for the GM.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of confidential records.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.


Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
  • Prior experience liaising with government agencies or regulatory bodies is required.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
