Job Description:

Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager.

Manage the GMs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.

Liaise and coordinate with government agencies, authorities, and external stakeholders on official matters.

Assist in the preparation and submission of documents, permits, and regulatory paperwork.

Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events for the GM.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of confidential records.

Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.

Prior experience liaising with government agencies or regulatory bodies is required.

Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
