Job Description

• Plan, organize and manage daily production operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Coordinate manpower, machines, materials and processes across workshops to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress, identify and resolve production issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare production plans and material requirements, and follow up on material availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, safety and environmental compliance.
• Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related field (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.
• Good knowledge of machining equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive working attitude.

Salary Range: RM 10,000 – 15,000
