Job Description:

• Supervise daily stamping production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate the team to achieve production targets.
• Perform mold installation, debugging, and adjustment.
• Monitor production processes and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth production flow.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in stamping production management or as a team leader.
• Proficient in mold setup and adjustment (experience with rotor or circular shell molds preferred).
• Able to read and interpret production drawings.
• Minimum SPM education level.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and capable of conducting team safety training.

Salary Range: RM 2,000 4,000
