Job Responsibilities
- Lead the introduction, implementation, and promotion of quality methodologies and tools across the company; conduct quality awareness and capability training for quality personnel.
- Establish, implement, and maintain the companys Quality Assurance system, including customer-oriented quality management, traceability systems, and non-conforming product control procedures.
- Support the continuous improvement of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, ensuring effective operation and continuous quality enhancement to meet customer requirements.
- Oversee daily departmental management, including budget planning, performance monitoring, talent recruitment, performance appraisal, and incentive mechanism development and execution.
- Lead team development by formulating and executing talent development plans, monitoring implementation, and continuously enhancing the overall capability of the quality team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above from a full-time accredited university, preferably in Engineering or other science-related disciplines; proficient in spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in quality-related roles within the electronics FMCG manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of project or team management experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; proficient in QC Seven Tools, Five Core Quality Management Tools, 5S on-site management, and familiar with relevant management system standards and practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; proven ability in project planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
