Job Description

• Responsible for CNC machining program development for precision components.
• Design and optimize CNC programs for new product introduction (NPI).
• Set up, debug, and optimize CNC machines including 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to achieve high-precision machining requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve machining efficiency and quality.
• Support process optimization, cycle time reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Hands-on experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machine setup and programming.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
• Proficient in CNC programming, operation, and fine machining processes.
• Skilled in engraving (Jingdiao) systems and 3D software; experience with Jingdiao software is an advantage.
• Ability to independently complete CNC programming and machine setup.
• Experience in machining hard and brittle materials is a strong advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good learning attitude, and teamwork mindset.
• Able to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: RM 7,000 - 10,000
