Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with all relevant national and regional laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant project execution.
• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring construction activities from project commencement through completion and handover.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost performance; identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
• Supervise site activities and ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions with project stakeholders.
• Support the management of M&E systems, including power supply, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, work plans, method statements, and technical reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and project quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress records, technical submissions, and handover documents.
• Report project progress, technical issues, safety concerns, and risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, M&E, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Familiar with M&E systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, ventilation, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Knowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, safety requirements, and project execution practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other engineering and project management software.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data center construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a project team.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Salary Range: RM4k - RM8k
