Job Descriptions
- Develop medium- and long-term Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on sales forecasts, production schedules, and historical demand data.

Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels by implementing effective inventory control strategies, managing slow-moving and obsolete materials, improving inventory turnover, and minimizing inventory holding costs.

Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) or Purchase Orders (PO) through the ERP system and closely monitor material delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.

Monitor material availability and production line readiness to ensure complete material kitting and prevent production interruptions due to material shortages.

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure smooth material flow and resolve supply-related issues.

Analyze material planning data and recommend improvements to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning and inventory management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain will have an added advantage.

Familiarity with ERP systems and an understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts. Experience with ERP material and production modules is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, Bill of Materials (BOM), work order management, and supply chain operations.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Quality departments.

Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and respond promptly to urgent material issues.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic Mandarin/Chinese communication skills will be an added advantage.
