Job Descriptions
- Lead the mechanical design and development of CNC machines and automation equipment.
- Develop overall machine structure concepts, technical solutions, and optimization plans.
- Design key mechanical components, including transmission systems, spindle structures, fixtures, and precision motion mechanisms.
- Participate in new product development, machine upgrades, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Improve machine stability, precision, and production efficiency.
- Review mechanical drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with production, process, electrical, and service teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support and communication for customers and project teams.
- Establish and improve mechanical design standards and engineering procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CNC machine or automation equipment mechanical design.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine structures, machining processes, and assembly principles.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, UG NX, or similar design software.
- Ability to independently lead technical projects and solve engineering problems.
- Experience in precision machinery or automation equipment is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
