Job Summary

The Process Manager is responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing business and operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. The role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization, with preference for candidates experienced in the automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Design, implement, and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes
• Monitor KPIs and ensure processes meet quality and performance standards
• Lead continuous improvement projects such as Lean, Six Sigma, or automation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or related role
• Experience in the automation industry is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
• Familiarity with automation systems, workflows, or digital transformation tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive change across the organization

Salary Range: Up to Rm15k
