About the job Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to CEO | Johor Bahru
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, including schedule management, communication handling, and coordination of meetings and events.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle calls, emails, and prepare documents or correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.

Maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Oversee office administration, supplies, and record management.

Assist with research, reports, and special projects.

Accompany the Director to meetings, training, and VIP events when required.
Job Requirements:

Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (compulsory).

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.

1–3 years experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Teams.
-
High level of confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail.
Added Advantage:
-
Experience in beauty/wellness industry or supporting senior management.
-
Basic knowledge of accounting, HR, or operations support.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary Range: Up to RM7.5k
