HR Manager | Johor Bahru

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support HR operations across our brands in Malaysia and Singapore, focusing on recruitment, HR processes, and organizational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies and provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR practices.

• Manage recruitment activities, coordinate with agencies, and monitor hiring progress.

• Ensure smooth onboarding, probation monitoring, and employee development initiatives.

• Oversee HR operational updates including new hires, exits, and salary adjustments.

• Coordinate payroll information with the Finance team and support commission verification.

• Assist with performance management, workforce planning, and HR reporting.

• Maintain organized HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.

• Experience supporting Malaysia and/or Singapore HR operations is an advantage.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English; Mandarin is preferred.

Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary Range: Up to RM12k
