Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in manufacturing and industrial materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and leading a new sales team, conducting market research and planning, as well as managing client relationships, contracts, and proposals. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Growth

    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial materials sector.

  2. Team Development

    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

    • Provide training, guidance, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.

  3. Market Research & Strategy

    • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.

    • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and sales plans to drive business expansion.

  4. Contract & Client Management

    • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, proposals, and business negotiations.

    • Oversee the process of collection (收款) and ensure timely payments.

    • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  5. Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues and deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, sales, or business development within manufacturing/industrial materials.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales KPIs and business growth.

  • Experience in building and managing sales teams.

  • Solid understanding of contract drafting, proposal management, and client servicing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred) to liaise with local and international clients.
