Facilities Engineer | Ulu Tiram

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of energy and facility systems across multiple factory sites, including HVAC, compressed air systems, and electrical/water utilities; handle minor facility modifications as needed.
• Oversee and manage the entire process of company infrastructure projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
• Evaluate maintenance needs of company facilities and determine whether to outsource or replace equipment; manage the maintenance process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect and accept completed maintenance work; provide recommendations and solutions for technical challenges during company infrastructure and facility maintenance to ensure root cause problems are resolved.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above, major or training in: Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Relevant work experience in M&E engineering preferred
• Knowledge of building engineering principles
• Familiarity with industrial construction, HVAC, and M&E systems preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD skills preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, in order to have smooth conversation with internal team
