Process Quality Engineer | Ulu Tiram

Company Background:
Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• During the NPI phase, conduct quality risk assessments across the entire process flow, establish process control points, and support and drive manufacturing process optimization to ensure smooth ramp-up and mass production. 
• Utilize quality tools such as yield reports, Pareto charts, MIL, yield bridge analysis, etc. to perform data collection and analysis for mass production (MP) processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve yield targets within defined timelines.
• Lead the analysis, improvement, tracking, and closure of critical quality issues that significantly impact delivery schedules, and consolidate lessons learned for knowledge sharing. 
• Lead the acceptance and validation of inspection and testing equipment on production lines, including preparation and analysis of validation reports such as 200x repeatability, GR&R, and correlation studies. 
• Support the Quality Project Manager in handling major customer complaints, take the lead in completing FACA (Failure Analysis & Corrective Action), and follow through until formal closure. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Engineering or other science-related disciplines. 
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiar with measurement functions in 3D software.

Salary Range: RM6k - RM10k
