Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, plan, and oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, chilled water systems, and related mechanical equipment.
  • Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operation.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize system downtime.
  • Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure proper execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments for project execution and maintenance activities.
  • Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization, energy saving, and operational improvement.
  • Prepare reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems, facilities, construction, manufacturing, or data center environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, and mechanical equipment operation.
  • Familiar with HVAC design standards, preventive maintenance practices, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or related engineering software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a responsible and proactive attitude.
