Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage overall production operations to achieve output, productivity, quality, and delivery KPIs.

Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.

Monitor daily production performance and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and production interruptions.

Ensure compliance with quality management systems, automotive standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.

Collaborate closely with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, OEE improvement, and waste reduction programs.

Analyze production data and prepare management reports related to production efficiency, scrap rate, yield, and operational costs.

Manage production workforce including manpower planning, training, performance evaluation, discipline, and staff development.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production-related issues.

Ensure machinery, equipment, and production processes are maintained in optimal operating condition.

Coordinate with overseas stakeholders, suppliers, and headquarters regarding production planning, technical matters, and operational updates.

Participate in new project implementation, process improvement, and production line expansion activities.

Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and automotive customer requirements.
- Support management in achieving company operational and strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of working experience in manufacturing operations.
- At least 5 years in a managerial position within automotive manufacturing environment.
- Experience in automotive parts manufacturing or OEM/Tier-1 supplier environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, quality systems, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Good understanding of manufacturing cost control and productivity management.
- Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China-based stakeholders, suppliers, and management team.
