Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites, 3 equipment manufacturing facilities, and 3 R&D centers across China, as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily maintenance of workshop equipment; maintain records of inspections and usage logs.
  • Workshop instrumentation management; ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all instruments; coordinate calibration.
  • Manage calibration of workshop measuring instruments.
  • Manage requisition, issuance, and inventory control of workshop hardware parts.
  • Assist supervisor in coordinating workshop overhaul activities.
  • Implement equipment hygiene management; supervise daily station cleaning.
  • Identify and correct fluid run-off, leakage, dripping, and seepage issues.
  • Organize and conduct equipment-related technical training for workshop personnel.
  • Ensure safety protection devices are sensitive, reliable, and in good working order.
  • Assist in potential hazard self-inspections; implement corrective actions.
  • In emergencies, assist supervisor in executing emergency response plans.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Chemical Equipment Maintenance, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Familiar with GMP knowledge.
