Job Summary:
Coordinate daily warehouse operations management. Ensure an inventory accuracy rate of 99.9% and a 100% on-time delivery rate through optimizing inventory turnover, strictly enforcing operating standards, and improving team efficiency, providing efficient logistics support for production and delivery.
Responsibility 1: On-Site Operations Management, Data and Document Management
- Assign team members' tasks according to the daily inbound and outbound plans (such as picking, storage, stocktaking, loading and unloading).
- Operations Supervision: Check whether team members follow operating standards (such as cargo stacking height, labeling and identification, and FIFO implementation).
- Exception Handling: Resolve on-site issues in a timely manner (such as insufficient storage locations, document discrepancies, and system order blocks) and report complex exceptions.
- System Operations: Proficiently use WMS/systems to enter data and ensure real-time updates of inbound orders, outbound orders, and transfer orders.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct daily spot checks to verify the consistency between inventory data and physical inventory (spot-check ratio 10%) and assist with regular stocktaking.
Responsibility 2: Equipment and 5S Maintenance, Safety and Compliance Execution
- Equipment Usage: Guide and organize team members in operating forklifts, pallet trucks, handheld terminals, and other tools to ensure safe and standardized operations.
- Workstation 5S: Supervise the cleanliness of responsible areas (such as keeping aisles free of obstructions, shelves free of dust, and tools properly stored).
- Repair Management: Immediately report and record equipment failures when identified (such as forklift abnormalities and deformed racks).
