Job Description (JD)
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to optimize production performance.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Ensure production processes comply with company standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams during NPI projects to ensure smooth process transfer from development to mass production.

Conduct process validation and ensure readiness for mass production.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost reduction projects.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and productivity.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze process issues, equipment performance, and production data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Lead and develop the process engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Allocate resources effectively to support production and engineering projects.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.
Job Requirements (JR)
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in electronics or EMS industry.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing process control, process optimization, and production systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiar with NPI processes, process validation, and mass production transfer.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, FMEA).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage engineering projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing data analysis is an advantage.
